President Yoweri Museveni lecturing Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), District Administrative Officers (CAOs) and District Intelligence Officers (DISOs) at National Leadership Institute (NALI), Kyankwanzi District. The Local leaders are undergoing a two weeks leadership course to enhance their stills in implementing, monitoring and supervising government programs in their respective district.
