President insists bail for high level crime is wrong

President Yoweri Museveni has called on residents of Rakai and Masaka to task their Members of Parliament to support the amendment of bail terms in high level crimes, at the time of tabling the bill in parliament. He explained that the move is geared towards reducing crimes.

President Yoweri Museveni has arrived in the Ethiopian Capital Addis Ababa for the 20th African Union Summit, which will run until January 28 under the theme "Pan-Africanism and African Renaissance". President Yoweri Museveni has pledged Uganda’s support to the proposed investment fund targeting the housing sector, Education and skills and gas development in Uganda and other African countries.
